Aion Artillery? – The Ranger Aion Review
I enjoy roaming the vast lands of MMO games. The best class for wandering around has got to be the Ranger, I think just about everyone had a Lv80 Hunter in WOW for farming, no? I for one, played the Hunter or Ranger long and extensively with much joy.
Rangers in Aion use ranged weaponry; kiting is mandatory and if done correctly you are close to unbeatable. As a Ranger you attack from a distance and keep your target as far away from yourself as possible. You nuke what you see in Aion with traps and CC (crowd control) options. Rangers are extremely adept at survival. In past MMO’s Rangers had pets to help keep enemies at a distance as well.
Is freedom your thing? Love to be out on your own with your tasks? If you choose to be a Ranger you will have the class that is best at exactly that, to stroll around alone and confront whatever enemy you feel like, that’s an Aion Ranger’s nature.
With a Ranger in Aion you have superior firepower, as well as many ways to keep enemies at a distance. Rangers are clearly one of the best DD’s in this game, their damage output is second to none! The Ranger’s traps do more than their part of damage as well and the kiting mechanics are truly outstanding. Basically what you need to do is set traps to slow your opponent and then take them out with your bow.
The Ranger you’re best choice if you are planning on playing Aion without a party or guild and want the max amount of fun from one character.
